Proposal Asian Herbal Practice

My research is going to be done on chinese/ asian herbal medicines. On example would be tea which is a very acient technique but still used today. My research will consist of technique/ recipes for make medical herbal remedeies. I am researching tea because I myself drink tea and I would like to learn more about how it works and why it works.
